Since 1997 Malte has devoted himself to Online Marketing and Online Sales. In his career he has lead teams in a startup environment, helped to build up locations and developed sales training. He gained special experience in Direct Sales of products and technologies that require explaining as well as in Telesales (Inbound/ Outbound).
Now Malte is helping young startups build their sales team strategy correctly from the beginning. With his entrepreneurial spirit, years of sales experience and his passion for setting things in motion he knows all the sales processes. In addition Malte has developed workshops and coaching for team building and executed them in many companies. His coaching contains a formula to detect potential customers, requirement analysis, benefits argumentation and closing techniques.
