What is the workshop about?

With our Team communication workshop your team will develop unique communications skills which will give your company a tremendous uplift. You will find out how communication has the power to retrieve the best in you. Good communication will bring more fun and harmony to the office. Giving feedback and cutting to the point will be easy and change the way you talk to each other. With the communication tools of this workshop you will be able to keep a clear head and show what your team is capable of when the time comes.

We attended a team communication workshop held by Andre and were absolutely blown away. In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere he helped us to reflect more and showed us techniques to communicate better as a group.

As a team (depending on your company culture) you will clear the following questions:

  • Make the most of meetings (PEGASUS Method): How can meetings be short and efficient?
  • Flexibility method: How can we be more flexible as a team?
  • Change of mind: How can we learn to be aware our own state of mind and take control over it?
  • Feedback method: How can we give and receive constructive feedback?

All workshops are hands-on. After a short theoretical introduction, we will start with practical work in groups or individually. This way, we make sure you can immediately put all your gained knowledge into practice.
