What is the Digital Leader Academy and why should you participate?

The only constant regarding current and future challenges faced by managers is change. Globalization and technological advances have increased knowledge and intensified product cycles, resulting in completely new business models and products. New competitors are emerging and the base of former global players is eroding. In addition, individual customer needs are becoming increasingly important. The war for talents is in full swing, corporate cultures are democratizing themselves and the demands of their own teams are growing. Emails, apps and gadgets have found their way into our daily lives and many of us lose focus more easily. Our world is rapidly warming up, and as a response to legal and social pressures, businesses need to develop innovative and cost-effective ways to limit their adverse effects on climate change.

 

The servant leader, who is able to lead either authoritarian or cooperative / coaching depending on the situation, is in our opinion the answer to future challenges. The Digital Leader Academy provides your managers with all the knowledge and methods that a modern leader needs for the new world of work (VUCA World). We introduce the new work tools of startups and link those with the processes established in your organization. Furthermore we prepare for a mindset which supports the corporate sustainability strategy.

How do we work together?

You will be accompanied by us during the integration of our program into your daily business and your organizational development. We support you with the actual/target needs analysis (also with online surveys), the communication and the organization of your Digital Leader Academy. Together we will find the right workshop components for your leaders and work with you in either half or full days. We use your existing digital tools or find the appropriate technical support for your individual, sustainable progress.

The basis of our approach is to bring your leaders into an ongoing process of reflection and to support them in their personal development.
We work together and interactively on examples from your everyday life in our workshops. Depending on requirements, there are seminar and training sessions (with role-plays and many exercises). We also support you in the formation of peer groups, give you book and web recommendations, help you with the selection of e-learnings or webinars and support you with individual coaching (also as mentors). In its annual programme, the group develops competencies on the basis of its own project. We round off the workshops with practices from improv theatre.
Depending on the situation, we work in your premises or outside. Our creativity and design thinking workshops usually take place in Berlin at the Factory. Here you get an insight into lived „new work“. If you want to give your Digital Leaders a special treat: We winter on the Canary Islands and train you in meditation, do yoga and deepen coaching techniques.
